Being present in 4 cities beyond Tricity; having a team of 1000+ Caregivers, raising first institutional funds, Launch of Aggregation platform for Doctor and Physio home visits remain key focus areas for us in 2016
Currently, we are managing upto 2500 home visits per month including Caregivers, Nurses, Doctors and Physios. We provide both on demand visits as well as monthly packages. We have units operational in Mohali & Panckhula from where we are serving complete Tricity, Ludhaina and other select cities of Punjab, Himachal and Haryana.

2015 has been year for us where we figured out how to hire caregivers in bulk, how to train them, how to retain them, what should be field protocols; what should be structure for multi city presence, channels of customer acquisition etc
Need for technology and having a partner to share the load brought Abhinav and Anil on board. Right from getting a customer on board, hiring a caregiver, training a caregiver, appointing caregiver to a client, managing their attendance and salary, tracking the field assessments- everything is tech enabled.

Idea Guy
Varun is an engineer turned first time entrepreneur. He had a long stint with Dr B K Modi lead Spice group company Spice Digital before venturing out Carepur. He had been spearheading expansions of Spice group in North America, LATAM, SAARC, Middle East and Africa. His deep love for Indian healthcare story resulted in incubation of Carepur. Currently, he is heading Carepur in the capacity of CEO and oversees day to day operations, geographical expansions and investment plans.

Anil is a MSc Post Graudate with about 7 Years experience in telecom space. He has worked for Spice Digital and Speak Wireless Prior to venturing out Carepur. He comes from technology and product development background. Anil is deeply passionate about the use of technology for organizing the service industry. Anil is currently heading Technology division and drives product development, digital marketing & mobile app initiatives.
Dr Vineet Saggar

Dr Vineet Saggar is a Senior Consultant in Neurosurgery and Spine surgery. He is also trained in Endovascular Neurosurgery and is one of the few Dual trained neurosurgeons in India. He is an alumnus of D.A.V college Sector 10 Chandigarh. After his MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College (M.A.M.C) New Delhi in 2002, he did his Post Graduation in General Surgery from Safdarjung Hospital (2002-2005). He went for his training in M.Ch Neuro Surgery at S.M.S Medical College Jaipur. At Jaipur he got the privilege of working with one of the pillars of Spinal Surgery - Prof. R.S. Mittal under whom he trained for almost 2 years. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Neurosurgery and spine surgery. His areas of expertise include Aneurysm surgery and endoscopic skull base Neurosurgery. Apart from traditional open Neurosurgery he is also trained in Endovascular Neurosurgery which involves noninvasive treatment of intracranial Aneurysms. He also specializes in Mechanical thrombectomy for stroke. Before joining Ivy Hospital as consultant Neuro Spinal Surgeon, he headed Department of Neurosurgery at Adesh Medical College Bathinda for some time. Apart from many national and international publications on Spine Surgeries, he also has research publications on Head Injury to his credit.

His area of specialization is interventional cardiology with more than a decade of experience and nearly 8000 angiograms (Coronary, Peripheral and Aortic), 2900 percutaneous transluminal balloon angioplasties, stenting and atherectomies of coronary and peripheral arteries, 825 percutaneous balloon valvotomies (mitral, aortic and pulmonary) and 475 pediatric diagnostic and therapeutic procedures which include device closure of ASD, VSD & PDA (nonsurgical closure of holes in the heart). Dr Verma has been the first doctor to endorse our services. His constant believe in our abilities and his grasp over latest advancements in cardio vascular field has been helping us offer world class domiciliary rehabilitation program for cardiac patients in a post hospitalization

Dr Puri is a guiding force behind all our medical protocols and delivery of care standards. He plays an active role in mentoring of Paramedical, Nursing and Follow up physicians. Under his supervision, we are geared up to position Carepur as a home healthcare service provider meeting global standards.
